  Forever Diamonds is amazing. The staff and jewelers are wonderful and really know the meaning of customer service. I have brought jewelry from watches to bracelets, had numerous pieces repaired all done with great respect, even if I had purchased the pieces elsewhere. My latest was a quartz crystal watch that was running fast. It would gain a half hour to an hour everyday.I contacted the manufacture and they were quick to tell me it was out of warranty and to take it to a jeweler. Called Rusty and explained that my expensive anniversary gift wasn't running correctly. He knew about the manufacture of the watch and told me to bring it in. I dropped it off and the next day Rusty contacted me and told me only the battery needed replaced, Simple fix. I'm sure any other jeweler would have wanted to send the watch to the manufacture for probably an expensive replacement. It has been several days and it is still keeping time. While we waited Rusty even cleaned my wife's and my gold rings to look brand new again, I would recommend Forever Diamonds for any of your jewelry needs. Thank you for the great service again, Rusty!
