  Worst experience ever, their professional framework damaged my items which I had framed in order to preserve and protect my investment, but that wasn't the case. I filed a complaint with the BBB and the company was on the defensive attack with nothing but false, fabricated, and misleading information and statements which will only come back to be used against them. Unbelievable that a business would act in such a way after I have given them my business for over 10 years and once I discovered this matter I brought it to their attention and the employee at the gilbert location examined the situation and confirmed with me in front of multiple witnesses that the framework in fact damaged my items and after 2 months of no communication I filled my complaint with the BBB and now the company has denied any wrong doing and is pointing the finger at me for damaging my own items, REALLY? Why would I pay over $800 for framework to protect my items to then turn around and intentionally damage my them? Only someone riddled with guilt would attempt to use such a last minute defense as they grasp for straws with their backs against the wall...
