  This is the worst Jo-Ann Fabrics I've ever been too. There is no one to help you in the store and when I found a associate to help me all she did was pointed down an aisle, I walked around forever. Then I checked out no one greeted me I asked customer service if they had an item they said they did not, yet online said they did carry it. I have never felt so frustrated in a store before I will NOT be coming back to the store.

  I agree this store has horrible customer service. The fabric I chose had some markings on it, the dept manager offered a 10per cent discount. I asked for the coupon discount, she refused. At check out the young man hardly spoke and 2 days before Christmas didn't offer a holiday greeting. I suggest you shop somewhere other than San Tan.

  Debbie at the fabric alterations was amazing! Took time to explain things and really went out of her way to help us out. Melody at the cashier was very helpful at checkout as well and waited so we could download the app for a coupon. Great service!
