  Avoid Lynn. This lady is rude, condescending and sarcastic. When I inquired as to Kay's recent issues with rings having diamonds stolen, I was told that if her jewelers wanted to steal they wouldn't take my diamond, they'd take one from the store. Then later after examining my ring she was stunned to learn it was certified. She was bossy, pushy and just overall rude. Unfortunately I have to return to the store to pick up my rings but that will be my last visit.
