  HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Rein called herself the manager, she was rude, condescending and not helpful in anyway. We couldn't believe loft would allow her to represent them and their great brand. Avoid this store like the plague unless you want them to ruin your day.

  The customer service is pretty terrible and the sales associates/manager do not greet me when I walk in, even though they're clearly not busy. Not even an acknowledgement or "here's our current promotions". I wish I could say nicer things about a brand that I love, but the treatment of customers is just dismal.
