Always had a great experience so, when we decided to get our youngest a new bed, we didn't hesitate to drive to one. Today, we walked around for 10 minutes. There were at least 3 employees. They were all busy, we understand. They looked at us, didn't acknowledge us, etc. Another customer walked in as we decided to go to another location. He was greeted immediately by one of the employees that was working with another customer. So we will not be back. We will go back to a location that has given us great customer service in the past.
