  I’ve been looking for a new chair for our living room but was hesitant to go to Norwood because I had a bad experience there a few years back. The furniture I had ordered then was months late being delivered and whenever I would call I was given lip service by my salesperson and several times I was outright lied to. But I went to Norwood again because I couldn’t find anything I liked elsewhere. I dealt with Liana Clemente and she was wonderful to work with! Super nice but also very professional. In addition to the leather chair that I purchased she helped me with my search for other pieces. My chair came in on time and it is beautiful. I would go back to Norwood and I would want to work with Liana again.
