  I knew better to not try to put in my own battery in my Cadillac XTS, this extremely nice and helpful man named Cole even had to Google it, took him about 15 minutes and did it all with a smile, Alisha kept me company talking to me and made the wait time very pleasant, thank you both

  Driver in van 21616 really needs some lessons. Coming south on Gilbert Rd. today and I was in middle lane and he was in right lane. Cones/barricades and flashing lights for right lane closed. He pays ZERO attention and nearly takes my front off as he swings into my lane and then slams on his brakes to let the car that was ahead of him in that lane get in front of him (which they did NOT, they waited as they should for clearance). If you are going to merge follow proper driving and look to make sure you are clear, keep UP with the speed do NOT slam on your brakes! I had to slam on my brakes which caused all other traffic behind me to slam on theirs as well. I called the "How am I driving number" to report him and got basically nothing other than ok. I work in a service industry as well and ALWAYS apologize and let them know I will let the service manager/owner know and we appreciate the call. I've actually gotten a bad review at a company because someone didn't even think that was enough. So, here I am writing my own review because I feel as an "ok" isn't enough. From what I could tell this was not a young driver either so not cutting him a break for that either.
