  I went in the other day, so excited I found an RH close to our home - bonus it was the outlet. I was very disappointed in all the employees that were there, not one said hello or asked if I needed anything. I understand that holidays are busy and maybe there was a lot to do at the store but I saw at least 5-8 employees who I know saw me & did not give me the time of day. Granted I had a baby on my hip and probably didn’t look like I was going to drop $1,000 on furniture but every RH I’ve ever been to has always been friendly & willing to help, never quick to judge. I was hoping to find a sofa & kitchen table for our home but not having any one help me just turned me away. I’ll come dressed up next time & maybe then I’ll get the help I need.
