  I love this Sams Club !! Laura the manager is always very welcoming and great with her staff. Everyone works well together and are very accommodating. The prices are amazing. Thank you for your impeccable service !

  We were having issues with a gift card for Sam's Club and no one in the store could figure it out, and this was the fourth time. Calling the number on the back is just a robot and hangs up after telling us the card is inactive. The number on the back is completely useless! Thankfully, we were able to get a different number to call from the receipt and got a lady that was helpful but we already had a ticket in from a couple days ago and NOTHING was done about it. We finally were able to talk to a manager in this location and he simply said he couldn't help because we didn't buy it in store. Now, the SO's sister had the same issue as this was a Christmas gift. However, for some reason she had better success and they were finally able to get the card to work. She of course went to a different location and got the help we SHOULD have received. Don't get me wrong, the manager was nice but didn't do anything to really help us. On top of that, today was our last day of this membership, which he was well aware but didn't seem to phase him. We've had the Gift card since November and no one can help us! The reviews for this card shows two stars and EVERYONE from 2-3 years ago have been having the same issue. How has this not been fixed yet?? This is very unprofessional and brings the impression that no one knows what the hell they are doing. Previously, when it was our third time trying to use this useless card, we bought TurboTax and walked out with an empty box. The cashier never gave us the actual product. So when we came in to get the actual product, the lady at member services (who clearly does care about her job) gave us a smartass reply and said "you guys didn't realize you had an empty box?" saying this while holding the product like she's advertising it. It was rude and degrading. This location doesn't seem to want to help people and we will never think about a membership with the again, we're switching to Costco. We will be warning people of this location and lack of customer service, plus the biggest headache of all... the gift card.
