  Always slow when filling propane. Today's experience was no different. I arrived and went inside asking for a propane refill and was told someone would be out in a couple minutes. 10 minutes later I went back in asking if someone was still coming and was told that a customer had just left, and no apology for the long wait in 100+ degree weather. There were 3+ employees working at the time and no other customers inside. I went back out and waited another 5 minutes and saw the employee that was asked to help was out washing the windshield of a U Haul. I loaded back up my propane tanks and took them to Lowes for an exchange instead and was still done quicker even after standing in the checkout line. This is not an isolated incident and I always end up having to wait 10+ minutes for someone to come out and fill tanks. Do yourself a favor and find a different place to get refills, their price isn't even different than an exchange.
