  Hubby and I went with our two daughters. We have never been treated so poorly by any company. My daughters bounced on a bed each (not jumped with feet or standing) but bounced on a bed and was told to stop jumping on a bed. My hubby and I brushed off what the male clerk said he said, because we saw that they had not jumped on the beds and so we waited for him to come to the front of the store to assist us while we were discussing items. The clerk never once got up from his seat. 5 minutes in he then asks my daughters if they were in the store alone. And that is when I approached him and told him how rude he was. I say if you are going through financing (which I had been pre-approved for) take your business to any of the other locations that offer 90 days same as cash. They lost my business and so did their financing company. Extremely poor customer service. Also forgot to add that when we called for directions he told us 3 different freeways. We thankfully knew were San Tan Mall was otherwise we would have went on the 101, 60 or even the 10 just to get to the mall in San Tan Villages...
