There was no pressure and he showed us different appliances based on our needs. Then to make it even better he told us we could get delivery the next day. The next day 3 very professional delivery men delivered, set up and hauled away our old appliances. They were a very organized and polite team. We will definitely go back to Spencers for all our appliance need. A big thank to all the people that were involved with our purchase. Richard & Carolee Marks Apache Junction
