I was told I would receive a call between 8 and 10 giving me an approximate time for the installation... No call ever came I called the salesman twice to inquire about the delivery schedule. He informed me that it was set up between 11 and 1 p.m. then he said that they were on their way. I was able to meet the installers at the location. The installers were excellent they did a nice job and didn't leave any mess at all. However where you failed was your notification process and the unfriendliness of your staff when they answer the call at the sales location.
