  I went in the store on 02/11/2018 to get an upgrade. My phone was broken I had an I phone 7 plus so i had to pay the damage fee of $200 plus an upgrade to iPhone X. The sales person Joseph said he talked to his manager to have the $200 exchanged for accessories so right away we were sold. My mom got a speaker for $160 and I got a case and screen protector. When it came to run our cards I ran mine for $140 signed everything for the purchase and then my mom ran hers for $156 and some change and signed and then all of a sudden the system shut down . We checked our accounts and money was deducted from our accounts but “the sale” did not go through in the sprint system and no receipt was given .. Joseph asked us for cash since he seen it in my purse .. he had us contact our bank to have the trasacation stopped so he can run our card again. So we contacted our bank to unauthorized the charge and made the purchase again and again no recipet joseph said will be emailed to us and we still haven’t received anything and to this day we are fighting with our bank to get the charges removed. Horrible experience ever! I will for now do everything over the phone. I honestly feel like this was a scam to get a sale and it pretty doubled that day.

  Just went in to pickup my iphone 8. CS rep said that everything was switched over to new phone and all contacts were backed up on Icloud 100%. New phone wasn't showing contacts but she assured me that they would show up once I got home and connected to wifi. I have since gone home and connected to wifi and I also checked out my Icloud on my computer. Nothing is there and she has already erased my old phone. Disappointing
