  The associate that helped us at the beginning was fine. He seemed new but was double checking his manager which was fine. His manager ended up taking over and completely screwed up our account. We did the buy one get one for the new note 8. So we had to add a new line for it. Somehow the JUMP was put on the BRAND NEW number, which somehow got an iPhone 6 on it already. Also, we were told that the rebate card would only take at most 2 weeks to get to us but should actually arrive same time the phones do. Then when switching us to TMobile One, they were supposed to update the data internet, and none of the phones were turned on. Had to call into customer service to get it turned on. Also we were told that this bundle of a screen protector, case and wireless charger were free minus tax, and when we took it back after looking at the bill more, the manager acted like he never said it was free. We have been with T Mobile for 11 years and have had decent experience up until this upgrade we did a week ago.
