  UPDATE: They solved the problem and that girl is gone! Thank you! I walked in the store and was going in there with the idea of getting a new phone and spending my money with t-mobile. The girl that was there, Kayla, had one of the worst attitudes. Her face said everything. I was taking my time buying products (I was sure I was going to buy things and I did). I walked in at 7:40. If they didn't want to make a sale or didn't have time for me then she should've said something and I would have left. She kept talking about her boyfriend and how she needed to go see him and meet up with him. I am not sure if she's a manager or not (she was acting like it) but that's not the way to treat someone. I love T-Mobile and I am not mad at the store but I am upset at the way that girl was acting, very unprofessional. I drove a long way too because I heard it was a great store. I didn't deserve that treatment because I was being nice and I apologized many times and she just seemed to be annoyed. Also, she pretty much kicked me out of the store and did not finish with my process so now I have to go back tomorrow. Please change this or employees like this will ruin your business!
