Order initially came in promptly .. 5 star service. After having issues, a new product was promised ... twice ... since it had not come in over 3 weeks. Second time it was promised in 2-3 days. That was about 2 weeks ago. It should have been here last week. I do not like promises that are not kept ... period. I will be happy to change this review in the event it actually shows up, hopefully before I am no longer able to use this particular device.

I ordered battery for my Dell laptop and it was a good experience.. I received it within few days and it is working fine better than expected. Price is also very reasonable with warranty coverage for 3 years. Will definitely look forward to buy more stuff from USB Phone World. I recommend friends and family to buy from USB Phone world.. Affordable in price and good product.
