  My fiancé and I both found our rings here, he got his ring and I found my wedding and engagement rings. The service was good, and I LOVE my ring. EDIT: Now that I've had more than just the exciting engagement ring buying experience with this store, I can honestly say this Zales location is terrible. After I was married I took my ring in to have the engagement ring and wedding band soddered together. It took almost a month for me to get my ring back, and when I finally did, it was crooked! When I called to complain they were incredibly rude and told me to just take it to another location if I was unhappy. My husband was incredibly upset and called the corporate office, and apparently they have had a lot of problems at this location. For as long as I'm living in Phoenix, I will be going to the location in Chandler. They are much nicer and pleasant to deal with. Additionally, the main diamond on my ring has already cone loose, and I've only had it since September. As much as I love my ring, I'm upset that this is already happening. If you're going to shop at Zales, do not go to the San Tan location.
