  So called for my son to pre order some shoes since we were at the chandler location and told us to go online pre order and set where we would like to pick them up and when we looked online the preorder wasn't there we called the santan location to ask where to find them on the website on worker started to behelpfull then said "actually I'm really busy can I get back to you real quick" so 45 minutes in counting I have been on hold all for my son to get a pair of some thrasher vans. I am extremely let down at the fact they all are singing in the background inside the shop and speaking of as I was writing this I was on hold and a worker just picked up the phone and hung up on me. Terrible customer service for that I hope when I call tomorrow I can get more help. I advise to be cautious when calling or going in they seem to not know what they are doing at all the chandler location actually was helpful when we were in store. With that being said I'm probably going to call chandler tomorrow.
